Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers because deliveries require a signature.

Dispatch times

Orders paid before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Bank transfer orders are dispatched only once cleared funds have been received, which typically adds one working day.

Cost and service

Tracked UK next-day delivery is charged at £5.95 per order and is free on orders over £150. The exact amount is calculated and shown in your basket before you pay.

Next-day is a courier target, not a guarantee; remote and Highland postcodes can take an additional working day.

Packaging

Lyophilised material is shipped in sealed, sterile vials inside protective, discreet, unbranded outer packaging appropriate to the temperature stability of the product. Each parcel includes the batch number needed to match your vial to its Certificate of Analysis.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier, and the same reference appears on your order in your account.

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within three working days of dispatch, contact ukelevatelabs@gmail.com with your order reference and we will open a courier investigation.

Parcels confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full. We cannot refund parcels signed for the address you supplied, or lost because the address given was incorrect or incomplete.
