Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and ordering in a research, laboratory, academic or professional capacity. You confirm that you are competent to handle laboratory reference materials safely.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the material is intended for human or veterinary use.

Research use only

Every product we supply is a laboratory reference material intended solely for in-vitro research and analytical work. Our products are not medicines, medical devices, supplements, cosmetics or foods. They are not licensed for human or veterinary administration and must not be consumed or administered.

We do not publish or provide dosing schedules, reconstitution ratios or administration instructions, and we will not supply them on request. Any health-related question must be directed to a registered healthcare professional.

By ordering you accept full responsibility for the lawful, safe and appropriate use, storage and disposal of the material, and for compliance with any rules applying to your institution or jurisdiction.

Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. If a product is unavailable or mispriced we will contact you and offer an amendment, cancellation or refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We accept card payment via Stripe and UK bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once cleared funds are received; orders unpaid after seven days may be cancelled.

Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.

It is your responsibility to give a correct and complete delivery address; we cannot refund parcels lost due to an incorrect address.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding and batch documentation, belongs to ElevateLabsUK and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Liability

We supply materials for research use only and accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use outside that context, including any human or veterinary use.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
